Shipping Policy

At JoyNest, we want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. If you have any questions not covered here, please reach out to us on WhatsApp or email, we are happy to help.

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay. No surprises at checkout.

Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is successfully processed.

Orders are dispatched Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with your tracking details.

Delivery

Standard delivery across India typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Timelines may be affected by factors outside our control including public holidays, adverse weather, high-volume periods, or logistical delays. These circumstances would not entitle you to a cancellation or refund beyond our standard returns policy, though we will always try to find a reasonable resolution.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any return or refund requests will be governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

An order is considered delivered once it is marked as delivered by our logistics partner at the shipping address provided by the customer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most pincodes across India. If your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we will contact you and issue a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of ordering. JoyNest shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date in case of loss). We will investigate the issue with our logistics partner and work towards an appropriate resolution.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners may make reasonable delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address information, the order may be returned to us. Any refund or replacement in such cases will be handled in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
