Note on children

JoyNest sells books designed for children aged 2.5-4 years. However, our website is directed entirely at adults, parents and caregivers. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Payment information. We do not store your card or bank details. All payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay. We only receive confirmation of a successful or failed transaction.

When you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we retain the content of that conversation.

When you sign up for our mailing list or waitlist, we collect your email address.

3.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

To fulfil your order, we share your name, phone number, and delivery address with our logistics partner. This is strictly necessary to complete delivery and for no other purpose. Our logistics partners are bound by their own data protection obligations and are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose.
