At JoyNest, every order is packed with care. If something has not arrived the way it should, we want to make it right. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

Our General Policy

Our activity workbooks are printed, single-use products. We provide detailed product information, sample pages, and age guidance on our Website before purchase so you can make a fully informed decision.

Given this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with content.

When Will We Replace or Refund

We will offer a full replacement or refund in the following cases only:

  • Your order arrives physically damaged due to mishandling in transit.
  • You receive a product different from what you ordered.

How to Raise a Claim

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  • Record a video at the time of unboxing clearly showing the damaged or incorrect product and its packaging.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email, sharing the unboxing video.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery, or without video evidence, will not be entertained.

Unboxing video requirement

We are unable to process any claim without an unboxing video. We recommend recording one whenever you receive an order, it takes a moment and protects you completely.

Refund Processing

Once your claim is verified and approved:

Prepaid orders

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will be notified by email once initiated.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Products that have been written in, drawn on, or used in any way.
  • Damaged products reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video.
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with content, activity level, or age suitability.
